Guidelines governing the use of our web platform, software advisory, and consultancy engagements.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the website and digital services of AppSec Technologies (SMC-Private Limited), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations.
2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
Unless explicitly specified in a customized client master services agreement (MSA), all custom software, ERP architectures, and systems engineered by AppSec Technologies are assigned to the respective client upon final handover and settlement of milestones.
3. Cybersecurity Assessments & Ethical Standards
All penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security reviews conducted by AppSec Technologies are performed strictly under authorized written consent. We operate strictly under white-hat ethical security guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
Software platforms, architectures, and research publications are provided with commercial diligence and rigorous testing standards as documented in deliverable agreements.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
